A fantastic Tall Ship Sailing Day starting from Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. This is a great opportunity to sail on board a Tall Ship and to experience life on one of these magnificent ships vessels.

What happens on the day
You will join the ship at 10am and be served with refreshments. A safety briefing will then follow and you will head out into the Solent and start to hoist some sails. The crew will be glad of your help with the sails and helming as they explain the ship’s rigging and construction. However if you would rather sit back and relax, the catering team will be at your service. A buffet lunch and afternoon tea will be served during the day and a cash bar is available on board. The ship will return to port at 5pm.

Need to know
There is no minimum age, but under 18s must be accompanied by a fare-paying adult.
There are no height or weight restrictions.
The experience is available on selected dates from June until September.
Reasonable health is required and if you have any illness or disability that may affect your participation in this experience, please discuss this with the centre before booking.
