It did not take a genious to invent a stick with a canopy on the end to protect us from the rain. However umbrella design seems to have been pretty dormant since the time first a caveman stuck a piece of bear skin to the end of a stick and held it over his head. Now the new Senz Umbrella has set the standard in brolly design and not only have they made an umbrella that withstands most weather conditions but it looks pretty damn cool as well.

Looking a bit like a Stealth Fighter the Senz is made with aerodynamics in mind. You are shielded from the rain whilst the wind flows over the top allowing you to keep hold of it and without you blowing away in an attempt to keep hold of your brolly.

It also has rounded protectors on the ends to stop shorter people poking taller people in the eye as they walk down a busy street.

The Senz umbrella has shown that in wind tunnel tests, whilst a normal umbrella might turn itself inside out, the Senz umbrella will resist strong winds and remain intact. The design also means that you have greater all round visibility whilst using it. It also has strength from its unique design and is virtually indestructable. The patented design of the full length umbrella means it will withstand winds upto 70mph and the compact upto 40mph. Both umbrellas will not turn inside out.

There are two versions to choose from the compact and the full length, they vary slightly in size and shape.
