There are 3 kinds of bottle puzzle, two wooden versions, one with a corksrew, one without, and a metal caddy version, please see below.

This wooden wine bottle puzzle makes the ideal gift and is a great talking point for those social occasions. We tried this and have to admit we did get a bit stuck. It is a lot easier after you've had a few so try warming up for the challenge with a glass or three of your favourite tipple.

The new Vice version works pretty much the same way as the others. However the Vice is smaller and just clamps to the top of the bottle when fastened £11.99

The wine bottle puzzle consists of a few pieces of wood, some beads and a bit of rope. Entwined within is the bottle and the challenge is to get all the bits in the right place so that the bottle can be taken out intact. Be warned, this looks a lot easier than it is.

The puzzle fits around all standard sized bottles of wine. Instructions are included for daft people who can't solve the puzzle or party poopers who just won't try it.
