What happens on the day
On arrival you will be greeted by your instructor who will explain the format of your experience and a full safety briefing will be given. The techniques of abseiling will be explained and then it’s time for you to have a go! Your confidence will be tested and you will even be able to abseil blindfolded. At the end of your session there will be a debrief.
