Shipping & Returns

At Lazybone we are in constant contact with all of our suppliers trying to maintain the best standards of service and quality of products. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our products then please follow the procedures below.

Before we are able to start processing any refund you must first obtain a refund product code or RPC. To do this please email us at login to your account and fill in the contact form, we will need the order number, and we can then send you information of how to send the item back. 

Once you have your RPC you must then send details of why you would like to return the product. If there are any faults, or damage in transit please be as descriptive as you can. For products which have clearly been damaged in transit, please try to make a digital photo of the product and email it to us.

After we have received details of the fault we will then ask you to return the goods and will specify the best way in which goods must be returned. This is usually via recorded post, however in some cases it might be necessary to use another form of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods until they are back in our possession. Lazybone is not responsible for the cost of return posting.

When we have taken possession of the returned goods we shall endeavor to process the refund as quickly as possible. The refund shall be in the form of how the item was originally paid for. If you have paid via credit card or switch then the refund will be credited to the same card. Alternatively, we will send you a replacement for the damaged product.
